A small privacy layer for an early product stage.
ModeClarity only collects the information needed to notify people who explicitly ask to hear about a specific product test.
What we collect
Your email address, the project you selected, your language, your consent, and the submission time.
Why we collect it
To notify you when a real testing opportunity or a substantive product update becomes available for that project. Interest in one project does not place you on a general ModeClarity marketing list.
Where it is handled
Interest submissions are received by OpenAI Sites and stored in Cloudflare D1. The current hosting control plane does not expose a verifiable physical database region or data-residency jurisdiction to ModeClarity, so we do not promise a specific storage country or region.
How long we keep it
We keep a record until you withdraw, the project stops validation, or it is reviewed for deletion after 12 months without substantive product progress. Temporary CSV exports used for a notification batch are deleted within 7 days after sending.
Advertising and profiling
We do not use this information for advertising profiles, cross-site tracking, or sale to third parties.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe at any time. We aim to complete deletion requests within 7 days and unsubscribe requests within 48 hours.
